Vitruviocenter uses the Gotomeeting and Gotowebinar platform and makes it available FREE of charge to all customers who request it. It is possible to organize real video conferences with up to 200 people using our internet connection (Fastweb 100MB) and your computer.

 

Conferences, can start immediately by contacting the participants or can be scheduled by setting a specific date.

Participants will receive an email invitation with a specific link. By clicking they will be able to join the course and intervene using their webcam or ask questions via chat.

The teacher who will carry out the lesson will have various tools available such as:
- Use of the platform
- Video transmission via webcam
- Sharing computer screen
- File sharing
- Chat for questions - invite up to 25 participants
- Event registration
- Event statistics etc.

 

We are available for all customers who are interested in performing technical tests to try the webinar platform and decide to use it.

It is also possible to create events with dedicated assistance for the entire duration of the event.
